What shots are required for my pets stay?

Dogs will need to provide proof of rabies, distemper and kennel cough vaccine. Cats will need to provide proof of rabies and distemper. Records must be emailed or faxed before the animals arrival to the facility. Fax (585)293-7211 or evergreenkennelsboarding@gmail.com

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, please have food in a plastic container that is labeled with your pets name. We also have a refrigerator for items that need to be cold. If Evergreen Kennels provides your animal with food the cost is $2.50 per day. 

How often do you feed at the kennel?

We feed twice a day. We try to stay with the schedule your pet is used to.

Can I bring my own toys and bedding?

Yes. All bedding must be machine washable. Sometimes your pet may chew on his/her bedding . Make sure it isn’t something you would mind being chewed on. Any belongings from home are NOT the responsibility of the kennel. We do our best to return all toys and bedding. Please leave favorite toys at home.

What services do you offer at Evergreen Kennels?

What is the Paw Points rewards program?

Paw Points is our customer rewards program that lets you earn points every time you visit Evergreen Kennels. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent across all of our services, including dog boarding, cat boarding, daycare, bath and brush, playtime sessions, and training. Once you accumulate 500 points, you can redeem them for $10 off your bill. There is no limit to how many points you can save, your points never expire, and there is no sign-up required. Your current balance is printed at the bottom of every receipt so you always know where you stand.
