Evergreen Kennels at 1500 Kendall Road is the original home of our family-owned kennel, with more than 35 years of experience caring for pets across Western New York. Every dog gets its own indoor/outdoor run with heated floors, plus attentive care from a staff of genuine animal lovers.

Our Churchville Dog Boarding Facility

Each dog stays in an individual indoor/outdoor run, so they have their own space plus fresh air and sunshine during the day. Our buildings are air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, including heated floors. At night we keep things calm with night lights and music.

Every dog follows an individual feeding program built around the food you bring from home, so their routine stays as normal as possible while you're away.

Playtime, Baths, and Extras

Want to give your dog a little more during their stay? Here's what we offer:

• 1-on-1 playtime: 15-minute sessions with a staff member in our large outdoor play yards, available on request.
• Bath and brush-out: add one to any boarding stay so your dog comes home clean and fresh.
• Training: basic obedience and scent work training. Call for details.

Cat Boarding Too

Cats have their own private cat room with spacious kitty condos, separate from the dogs. Take a look at our newly upgraded cat area in Batavia.

Boarding Requirements

• Vaccines: Dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Kennel Cough. Email records to evergreenkennelsboarding@gmail.com before arrival.
• Food: Bring enough food for the full stay. If we need to provide food, it's $2.50 per day.
• Medications: Pre-load oral medications in a pill box labeled with days of the week and AM/PM. We don't give injectable medications, including insulin, and we don't force pills.
• Dogs from the same home: Dogs that can eat together can share a kennel. Dogs that need to eat separately are boarded in separate kennels.
• Payment: Credit or debit cards only.

Churchville Hours

Pick-up and drop-off hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 11 AM, and Sunday 3 PM to 5 PM. On weekdays, dogs picked up by 11 AM aren't charged a boarding fee for that day. A boarding fee does apply for Sunday pick-ups.

Evergreen Kennels is owned and operated by Bobby and Dawn Vetere. Bobby is a former Monroe County Sheriff's K-9 Deputy with years of experience training and handling police K-9s. He's certified in canine first aid through the Veterinary Tactical Group and holds a certificate in Tactical Canine Casualty Care. Every visit also earns Paw Points toward money off your bill.
