Our Batavia kennel features individual indoor/outdoor runs so every dog has their own dedicated space with access to fresh air and sunlight. Buildings are fully heated and air conditioned, with heated flooring for winter stays. Night lights and soft music keep dogs settled and calm overnight. Cats are housed in a completely separate private room with spacious condos and a calm, quiet environment.

Boarding Requirements

Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines. Records must be emailed to evergreenkennelsboarding@gmail.com before arrival. Bring food in a labeled container for the full stay. Bedding and toys from home are welcome; all bedding must be machine washable. Medications must be pre-loaded in a labeled pill box. We do not administer injectable medications including insulin. Payment is by credit or debit card only.

Batavia Location Hours and Address

We are located at 8870 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, NY 14020, just off I-90. Pickup and drop-off hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 11 AM. Dogs picked up before 11 AM Monday through Friday on the day of checkout are not charged a boarding fee for that day. A boarding fee applies for Saturday pickups at the Batavia location.
